I became a resident at Pinner house in 2021 and could not be happier. I downsized from a fairly large house and was just not copying with all the maintenance and worry. The staff at Pinner House made me so welcome and the other residents are all really friendly and we all look out for each other. We have on site managers if we need any support and have a laundry room to do our washing and drying , its all done on a rota system so very easy to manage. There is also a hairdresser that comes every Tuesday and Pinner house has a room dedicated to the hairdresser. The grounds are really well kept and there are lots of seats around to enjoy just relaxing. I would recommend Pinner House to anyone

I am a long standing resident of Pinner House and it’s a wonderful place to live. The location is very convenient next to the church and just a few minutes to the high street with shops and restaurants and Pinner tube station which is on the metropolitan line so 30 mins into London. Even though I am getting older I can still walk into Pinner and enjoy the facilities. The staff at Pinner house are amazing cant do enough for you and they regularly organise social events – we had recently a music evening and an outing to a local pub. Last year they organised a street part for the Queens platinum jubilee and this year there is an event planned for the Kings coronation which I will enjoy attending with my family. I still drive and Pinner House has parking on site not too many spaces but always seem to find a space. I am very happy at Pinner House .
