Pinner House Accommodation

BedroomWe have a total of 31 flats. 27 are single rooms and then we have 5 one bedroom flats for double occupancy or single occupancy but at the double occupancy rent.

BathroomAll rooms vary slightly in size and layout and include a living area, kitchen, toilet, hand basin and some storage, most also include a shower. The rooms that do not have a shower have a deep cupboard as we have found that some of our residents prefer extra storage and are happy to use the communal bathrooms that are well located throughout the house.

KitchenRooms are allocated on confirmation of residency and new residents will be shown the rooms available at this point. New residents are responsible for providing their own fridge, cooker, carpet, and any other kitchen utensils.

Pinner House communal areas

LoungeWe have a number of lounges that our residents can relax in by themselves with other residents or with their guests. The lounges are well equipped with comfortable chairs and have lovely views on to the gardens. The ground floor lounge has reading material, games and a piano.

There is a guest bedroom on the first floor available for any resident’s guests that need the occasional overnight stay. This room needs to be booked in advance and is subject to a small charge.

The gardens surround the house and there are seating areas for residents who like to enjoy our well stocked gardens with an array of mature trees and shrubs and seasonal bedding plants.

Car parking is available but very limited as we only have 8 spaces and this will be allocated on application. There is the option to have car parking on the street through the residents parking scheme via Harrow Council.

Our managers are available throughout the day and operate on a rota system plus they live on site so are always contactable. Residents are called via an intercom at 8.30 am to check all is well. We encourage a positive attitude promoting wellness and independence.
